Principles of Alignment
This workshop is based on the creation and teachings of Mr. Baron Baptiste.
Together we will take the skeleton out of the closet and breakdown powerful Alignment Principles that will help you understand why every yoga pose embodies Tadasana or Mountain Pose. In this Alignment workshop, we will review the major joints of the human body, the pelvis and its relationship to the spine and how muscle contraction and expansion play a major role in taking your mind-body experience to new levels during the Baptiste yoga practice. This All Levels workshop is open to all students. Required for DMY Teacher Assistant Program Certification.
