Intro to Meditation
Dive deeper into the realms of your mind!
Join us for an ear-opening workshop that may lead you to a totally new and centered inner experience! Learn techniques used to catch and relax our chattering mind, relieve negative emotions (anger, anxiety, regret, fear, etc.), and reenergize and re-direct our minds. You will gain tools to start or enhance a seated meditation practice with confidence. This workshop will finish with a Deep Guided Relaxation Meditation to prepare us to flow into the week ahead. All Levels are welcome
