Foundations of the Flow

You will learn exactly what you need to know to enhance your experience in class. In this workshop, we will go over the foundation of the Baptiste Practice, breathing exercises, bandhas, and alignment. Together, we will review main poses such as Downward Dog, Low Plank, Upward Dog, Thunderbolt, and Warriors. We will also review proper jumping forward/back techniques and cool tips for developing a strong core. You will learn how to avoid wrist injuries, safeguard your knees and much more! This course is designed for those looking to ease into a stronger, deeper and safer practice.
