DMY is thrilled to offer this Intensive Teacher Training Program. The DMY Intensive Teacher Training Program is open to students who are interested in deepening their understanding of Yoga, who may be interested in teaching in the future, current yoga teachers of any style, and yoga instructors who want to deepen and fine tune their understanding of teaching Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga.

Through lecture, discussion, Q & A, demonstration, and hands-on experience, you will learn all the tools you will need to deepen your practice and begin your journey of teaching Power Vinyasa yoga.

In this program you will:

Learn to design and teach a powerful vinyasa yoga class
Learn modifications and sequencing
Safe alignment and basic anatomy
Yoga philosophy that can help guide you in your daily life
Teach small groups of students
Learn the art of giving and receiving feedback
Explore and practice Meditation
Learn how to use voice, and effective language
Learn and Practice hands on assisting
Observe a DMY class and work hand in hand with our expert teachers

Requirements:

Discipline to complete 100% of your homework, assignments
Discipline to attend 100% of all sessions and training requirements
Attendance of all sessions is required to complete the program
Participating in the 40 Days to Personal Revolution Program from March 1st to April 9th (40 Days Program cost is included in this tuition, yoga classes are not included) and Wednesday Group coaching sessions

This course is a 2 Weekend Intensive Teacher Training program:

Friday, Feb 18, 4PM-9PM
Sat, Feb 19 & Sun Feb 20 8AM-6PM
Friday Mar 05, 4PM-9PM
Sat Mar 06 & Sun Mar 07 8AM-6PM
Wednesday 40 Days Sessions: 8-9:15pm: 03/03, 03/10, 03/17, 03/24, 03/31, 04/7.

Cost:

Early bird: $595
Regular: $800

Applications require a $150 non-refundable deposit; anyone not accepted into the program will have the full amount refunded.

Important: Classes are not included in the cost of this program. A $145 discounted class pass will be available to registered students starting 02/19 – 04/09, 2010.
