DMY Mentoring Program

Invitation Only!

Our mentoring program provides for invaluable, individual coaching and feedback as you grow and evolve as a teacher.

Requirements:

  • Completion of DMY Level I Intensive Program
  • Completion of DMY TAP Program
  • Completion of 40 Days Program
  • Has Completed or is Enrolled in DMY 200 HR Level II TT Program

What is in it for you?

  1. Immersion into an environment that fosters transformation
  2. Eight 1½ hrs mentoring sessions with a Senior DMY Teacher:
    • Practice your “New Way of Being”, authenticity, voice, teaching technique, alignment, giving/receiving feedback
  3. 6 Assisting Practices on DMY teachers and receive feedback
  4. Record a segment of a class that you teach on video and receive feedback and coaching by Paula our senior DMY teachers on:
    • Connection to your students
    • Technical proficiency and accuracy
    • Sequencing, tempo and flow
    • Delivery (voice, articulation, emphasis, & essential language)
    • Body language (how you present yourself)
    • Your ability to speak to the mind, body & spirit of your students
  5. Qualified students will be able to apply for assisting and teaching positions at DMY
