40 Days to Personal Revolution
A daily combination of asana practice, meditation, diet, and personal reflection will cultivate a solid foundation from which students can live and grow. Regardless of your level of experience, this program will reveal mental clarity, lightness of body, and an illumination of spirit.
In this Program you will:
Practice: Six days of asana practice per week.
Meditate: Twice daily, with increasing sitting times as the weeks progress.
Learn: Group meetings are where everything comes together!
Wednesday 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Cleanse: Focus on a weekly dietary theme centered around discovering and practicing a vibrant new health for the physical body.
Detox: The fourth week’s dietary awareness practice includes a three day fruit cleanse.
Connect: Stay motivated by following participant’s progress via Facebook forum
