30 Day Yoga Challenge
This is an opportunity to commit to yourself, and see what’s possible when you make it your intention to lead a healthy lifestyle. Put that intention into action: in the process lose those unwanted pounds, tone your body, increase your energy and create and sustain healthy habits towards a longer, fuller life!
In this Program you will:
Practice
: Six days of asana practice per week.
Meditate: Twice daily, with increasing sitting times as the weeks progress.
Check In: Group meetings are where everything comes together!

Connect: Stay motivated by following participant’s progress via Facebook forum
