- Power Yoga Basics
- Our basic flow will challenge you and teach you the five pillars of the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga practice. This class focuses on foundational postures, deepening the student’s knowledge of alignment, physical conditioning and breath. This class is a great place to start practicing.
- True North Alignment Workshop
- Explore your body's powerful body alignment principles and transform your practice! We'll review the relationships between your joints, pelvis and spine and learn how muscle contraction and expansion affect both your mind and body during your yoga practice.
- Foundations of the Flow Workshop
- Learn how to flow with ease! We'll review the foundation of Baptiste Practice, breathing, bandhas and alignment. We'll also go over the main poses and proper techniques with tips for safeguarding your joints and avoiding injury.
