- Rock-n-Flow with us in our SOUL inspired All Levels class with music!
- PowerSculpt
- Get your ASSets and BYceps in order! High repetition strength training exercises are integrated with our regular flow to boost your metabolism, tone and sculpt your body! Designed to complement your yoga practice.
- YogAttack!
- Hot, hot, hot is how you’ll feel and look after this class! A blend of yoga and kickboxing come together to create a high-energy and fun space where you can sweat, stretch, laugh, and blow off some steam! Designed to complement your yoga practice.
- Yoga Nidra
- Enjoy 45 minutes of Bliss! Guided visualization to move you into deep relaxation. Majority of the practice performed in savasana (bring a pillow).
- LittlePretzels
- A fun-filled way for the little ones to experience yoga. Lots of fun, games, songs, and general silliness. Suggested for ages 4-9.
