We offer a wide range of classes for all levels and ages designed to uplift your spirit and strengthen your body. The ultimate goal of every class is to challenge and expand your vision of what is possible, starting from where you are now!

Class Descriptions

open Power Yoga Basics
Our basic flow class will challenge and teach you the five pillars of the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga practice. Class focuses on foundational posture, deepening the student's knowledge of alignment, physical conditioning and breath. A great place to start practicing!
open All Levels
Baptiste Power Vinyasa is a challenging, flowing form of yoga that heals, detoxifies and electrifies body and mind.
open All Levels II
Take your practice to the next level! Work on more challenging asanas such as headstands, arm balances, and backbends and give you the opportunity to grow. All levels of students are welcome!
open Power Hour
Break a sweat on your lunch break! This is a 60-minute modified All Levels class that will take you to your edge!
open Family Power Yoga
Our regular, All Levels class modified for you to enjoy it with your family! We welcome kids, ages 10 and up. Important: All kids under age 14 must be accompanied by their parent(s).
open Community Class
DMY Teachers in Training teach these lower priced classes which follow the same format as our All Levels classes. Price for this class is $10, and 100% of the proceeds benefit those in need. Memberships, packs, and passes do not apply.
