			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>40 Days to Personal Revolution is a breakthrough program designed to radically change your body and awaken the sacred within your soul. A daily combination<a href="http://www.dancingmindyoga.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/40Days_2.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-6006" title="40Days_2" src="http://www.dancingmindyoga.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/40Days_2-300x200.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200" /></a> of asana practice, meditation, diet, and personal reflection will cultivate a solid foundation from which students can live and grow. Regardless of your level of experience, this program will reveal mental clarity, lightness of body, and an illumination of spirit.</p>
<h3>In this Program you will:</h3>
<ul>
<li>PRACTICE: 6 days of asana practice per week.</li>
<li>MEDITATE: Twice daily with increasing sitting times as the weeks progress.</li>
<li>LEARN: Group meetings are where everything comes together! Wednesdays, 7:30-9:00pm.</li>
<li>CLEANSE: Focus on a weekly dietary theme centered around discovering and practicing a vibrant new health for the physical body.</li>
<li>DETOX: The fourth week&#8217;s dietary awareness practice includes a three-day fruit cleanse.</li>
<li>CONNECT: Stay motivated by following participants&#8217; progress via Facebook forum.</li>
