Matthew Banuelos
My name is Matthew Banuelos, I enjoy various expressions of art. Recently I have become very interested in theater. Over the past three years I have been searching for a more spiritual lifestyle. I have found a deeper appreciation of what use to seem insignificant events or interactions. I have suffered many sports injuries and a couple car accidents. I found I was missing a level of physical health which seemed out of reach. Yoga has helped me capitalize on the awareness of my body. When I came to the studio to gather information I was intrigued by the atmosphere and the people. I purchased a mat and committed to a thirty day newbie membership. After my first class I came to value the intensity and challenge of the physical aspect. Being part of the work exchange program has allowed me the opportunity to solidify my commitment to my yoga journey.
