Jill 2I started practicing yoga as a way to stretch out my legs from running. I tried different styles and saw the muscle-relaxing benefits, but I never found one style that stuck. Dancing Mind Yoga is an ideal combination of hot – but not too hot – environment, and a relaxing – but still challenging – cardiovascular workout. Since I began practicing at Dancing Mind Yoga my running has improved, my chronic migraines have eased, and my day-to-day life has been afforded more clarity.

I believe in the tremendous physical and mental benefits of this yoga and volunteer at Dancing Mind Yoga to give back.  I hope to encourage other yoga students to find their practice home here at Dancing Mind Yoga.
