Our classes are held in a spacious, bright room with polished hardwood floors and wall-spanning windows overlooking trees outside. We are committed to maintaining a pristine practice space that allows you to focus on breath, flow, and the present moment on your mat. Changing rooms and bathrooms are available for our students to use.
