- Part-Time Client Care Associate
We are looking for Sincere, Passionate, Positive, Focused and Driven individuals with a passion for power Vinyasa yoga, service, and sales. Part-Time Client Care Associate
Requirements:
* Great with people — kind, warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Exhibit a professional and polite appearance
* Customer Service and Sales experience
* Experience in the fitness industry is preferred
* Adept problem-solver and organized thinker
* Verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
* Able to take initiative and prioritize tasks
* Able to work independently with little supervision
* Able to remain flexible in order to adapt to changing work environment
* Able to learn new software and systems quickly
* Possess strong computer skills
* Enjoy and take pride in being detail oriented
* Excellent organizational skills
* Access to reliable transportation
* Experience with Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and the Dancing Mind Yoga community is preferred
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in studio closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Answer student questions, comments and concerns via phone or in person
- Ensure studio is clean and organized for customers on a daily basis
- Operate and fulfill front desk duties
- Service customers, work closely with Members and earn their referrals, building a loyal clientele
- Work to meet and exceed sales goals
- Work closely with management team to assist on needed tasks
Availability: Weekday Evenings and Weekends
Pay: $9 per hour
