I began my yoga practice in 2000 and I was so enchanted by the beauty of the poses and the intriguing energy that I felt when practicing. I got my RYT 200 and have since then taught at local studios and athletic clubs.Yoga has continued to teach me the power of the mind and body. It taught me to transform and heal, but also to respect where I am.
I hope to bring a sense of joy of life to my classes. I also want to nurture student’s potential and bring them a smile at the end of a long day. It is interesting to me to see how Vinyasa stirs up and shifts energy.
On a personal note, I am a new mom of a baby girl, a musician, and have rescued a strange assortment of cats and dogs over the years, now down to just one Border collie and four cats. My hobbies are drawing cartoons, reading and watching Top Chef.
