DMY is a Baptiste Affiliate yoga studio and all of our teachers undergo intensive training with founder Baron Baptiste. This guarantees you that you are in the hands of experts, and that we have your best interest in mind. Our teachers are committed to spreading their passion of yoga to our students.

Our team of teachers is driven by an overall belief that transformation is possible. We believe that yoga can heal physical and emotional injuries, and ultimately lead us to a total life transformation. They are committed to their own transformation process and when not teaching, you’ll see them practicing alongside you.

We aim to build a loving and supportive community and to create a safe, non-competitive, fun and empowering space for all our students. We welcome everyone to our studio and celebrate the diversity of our community, people of all ages and backgrounds coming together to practice yoga and celebrate living powerfully.
