I practice several times a week at DMY. I have dabbled in different types of yoga over the years but it wasn’t until my DMY experience that I really connected with yoga and discovered a new set of tools for managing the rollercoaster of daily life. I enjoy the mental and physical strength and peace which have resulted from consistent practice at DMY. Yoga has brought many benefits to my life and I am looking forward to helping other DMY practitioners find new levels of strength and joy in their practice.
As a teacher assistant, I would like to help others find new places in their poses and expand the joy in their practice.
