Through practicing yoga, we become more aware of what is happening in our bodies. From there, we become more aware of what is happening around us, in our neighborhoods, our schools, our cities, state and in our country.
We begin to see circumstances in which we feel we can make a difference. But sometimes we are not sure where to start.
Dancing Mind Yoga offers opportunities for yogis to come together as a community, and join hands to do what we can, one by one. Please consider what you can offer to each of these projects. This may mean participating in a workshop, donating your time to a particular project or even just donating a needed supply to make it happen.
